I&#8217;m not going to quote all the things he had done as a Flyer or as a hockey player, as you can read most of them at <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Peter_Zezel\">the wikipedia article<\/a>. He was drafted by the Flyers when he was only 19&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I also remember he had a small role in the movie <a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0092272\/\">Youngblood<\/a>. If you have no idea what movie I am talking about, then you aren&#8217;t into hockey. At all.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Zezel suffered from hemolytic anemia, a rare blood disorder in which red blood cells are destroyed faster than the body can replace them. He slipped into a coma earlier this week and was removed from life support today. He then passed away.
